Introduction A new Course - Since September 1998 Fachhochschule Darmstadt [FHD - University of Applied Sciences] is offering a four-semester postgraduate course in Electrical Engineering combining the theoretical elements of a conventional MSc course with the practical, application-oriented training elements which are the trade mark of the German Fachhochschule system.
